A Smart Home uses everyday appliances such as lightbulbs, fans, window blinds, a variety of sensors but with a built in capability of communicating with each other, thus giving us the opportunity to remote control all of these appliances via our mobile phone, away from our home.

Automation of everyday chores in our home, connecting our household appliances with an automated system that works according to a pre-given schedule.
